APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Aurora, IL looking to add a Recruiter to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to source, interview and hire for various roles within the company. Keep reading below for more information!

What your day will look like:
- Develop and publish job descriptions across various job boards, company websites, and social media channels.
- Utilize multiple channels to discover potential candidates for available positions.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates according to role specifications.
- Organize and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless interview experience.
- Perform comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural compatibility with the organization.
- Draft and present job offers, negotiate terms, and manage any required documentation.
- Foster and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and manage a talent pipeline of qualified individuals.
- Monitor and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure all recruitment and hiring activities adhere to local, state, and federal employment regulations.
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
- Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter
- Knowledgeable in recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and networking techniques.
- Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in employment.
- HR or recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS).
- Experience in specialized recruiting fields (e.g., Engineering, technical, executive).
